Crystal Pendants are generally provided on an adjustable cord and lovingly wrapped and packed for shipment. Any Crystal Pendant purchased that is priced at £100.00gbp and above, however, will be provided on a complimentary sterling silver chain. We endeavor to provide a 20″ sterling silver chain. Please note, however, that the length of chain is wholly dependent on what is available in stock at the Academy at time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

All products in Mark’s Store are priced in GBP (Great British Pounds). Once you enter payment information the total cost of your order will automatically be converted to your local currency (if you do not hold a GBP account/bank card). Before placing an order, you may wish to check the current Foreign Exchange rates (GBP to your own currency) for an estimate of what you will be charged. The converted amount is to your local currency is deducted from your account. Please be advised that FX Rates fluctuate and are beyond the control of MarkBajerski.com.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:
Mark’s Academy is based in Spain where all products ship directly from. Item(s) will be wrapped and shipped within 2 working days. (During exceptionally busy times it might take longer than 2-5 business days for us to fulfill your order and, if this is the case, you will be kept updated.)
There are two shipping options available at markbajerski.com.
A) Standard Shipping –Registered Mail:
Our standard shipping service is free of charge (no extra shipping cost at time of checkout). This shipment option is automatically applied on Orders up to the value of £120.00gbp and sent via Correos Spain as a registered item. The guideline for delivery of orders with this shipping option is to allow for 4 working days for delivery of parcels within Spain; 5-10 working days within Europe; and Internationally up to 28 working days (excluding any possible delay at custom checks). Due to global situations or any unforeseen disruptions to national post within any country, delivery times can be longer. Once in the hands of the postal service, we cannot expedite your shipping. (Please see note below under “Express Shipping” if you wish to upgrade your shipping option to DHL Courier Service).
B) Express Shipping – DHL Courier Service (Recommended for fastest delivery):
The Express DHL Delivery Service option is automatically provided complimentary/free of charge on any orders valued at £120.00gbp and above.
The guideline for delivery of shipments from Spain within Europe and globally is to allow for between 2 and 7working days. This does not include any possible delays due to custom checks.
All orders require your signature to release your parcel. If you have entered an incorrect address or if you are away and the delivery attempts cannot be completed, the item will be sent back to us. This might take extra long time for you to receive your order. Second attempt to deliver your parcel will be at a cost to you.
Note: For Orders less than £120.00gbp, Express Shipping can be purchased at the Checkout for a flat-fee of £15.00gbp, worldwide.
IMPORTANT NOTE – CUSTOMS FEES/IMPORT DUTIES:
Free Shipping indicates that MarkBajerski covers the cost of postage for your shipment. MarkBajerski does not cover the cost of any possible Custom Fees or Import Duties that may be requested by Customs applied by the country of destination. Please be aware of any customs charges that may be applied to your shipment that is beyond the control of markbajerski.com. If you are unsure about Customs charges or Import Duties, please contact your local postal services provider in your country/country of destination and they should be able to provide further information to you.
If you are receiving the Order outside of Europe, please be aware of any customs taxes you may have to pay. Customs fees are beyond the control of MarkBajerski.com and we thank you for your understanding.
Update August 2025 – Orders to the USA: Following on from a new directive from the USA Government in August, 2025, all goods entering the USA are now subject to an import tax. The previous threshold of below $800USD no longer applies. After shipment of your Order, you should receive a notification from the relevant postal provider (DHL or Correos) related to an import duty fee that needs to be paid. The fee is collected by DHL/Correos postal service provider for onward payment to the USA Administration.
We are working with our postal service providers on an ongoing basis to keep updated on changes and will provide further updates if any new information arises.
Update March 2025 – Repeated Delivery Issues: The Standard Registered Post service is provided as complimentary on all Orders up to £120gbp and the Express DHL Delivery service complimentary on Orders above £120gbp. The flat fee of £15.00gbp for the Express DHL Service is heavily subsidised by MarkBajerski and is optional to purchase if your order is up to £120gbp and you wish to receive it faster than standard mail. Our customers experience and feedback testifies to the fact that we have great success with delivery of Orders. However, as in all streams of business, there can be some rare occasions when issues arise that are difficult to resolve. Due to the outlay of shipping costs,if repeated issues are experienced with the delivery of Orders to any particular shipping destination, Mark Bajerski reserves the right to decline any future Orders and a full refund will be issued. Please be assured you will be fully informed of any refunds in a timely manner and we thank you for your kind understanding as these issues are often beyond the control of MarkBajerski.
