Returns:
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website, you have 30 days to return your purchase. The 30 days returns policy runs from the date of receipt of your purchase. Please inform us at info@markbajerski.com of any issue, in order that we can provide you with the Returns process to be followed and to avoid further fees in shipping/customs.
Once the item has been received back at the Academy, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
Note on Refunds:
Please choose your purchases carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind and we cannot offer a refund after 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Payments made for “non-refundable booking deposit” to register for a Course or an Event are non-refundable.
Care for your Crystals:
Crystal Pendants are generally provided on an adjustable cord and lovingly wrapped and packed for shipment. Any Crystal Pendant purchased that is priced at £100.00gbp and above, however, will be provided on a complimentary sterling silver chain. The length of chain is dependant on what is available in stock at the Academy at time of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Every single crystal is checked and carefully wrapped in damage proof wrapping and boxing before it is shipped. Please treat your crystals and jewellery with care from the moment you take them out of the packaging. Crystals can break when dropped and mountings can break or stretch if they catch on something. The string that comes with the packaging is complimentary and is there so you can enjoy the crystal right away. However, please make a double knot to ensure it doesn’t untie. We cannot be responsible for breakages due to mishandling, accidents or lost crystals because the string came undone. We do not recommend that you shower or sleep with your jewellery, or do physical work that can damage the crystal.
